Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A valid tracking number is required to qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

Contact us immediately at support@evergifted.co. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible.
